accredited residents Ministerial
Resolution No. 531 dated 3/6/1435 that the task of evaluating the
property after the date of 20/3/1437 should be assigned only to the
authorized members of the Commission, including the candidates for
membership of the Appraisal Committees for the public benefit, ,
We would like to inform you that the Saudi Commission for Accredited
Residents has cooperated with the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors work on the preparation of a training program in the
expropriation of property for public benefit and compensation, which
aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the system of
expropriation of property for public benefit temporary and placing the
hand on the property and compensation in the Kingdom and its
application, and make use of assessment practices and expropriation in
international markets.
